There are many ways of doing this including an on line backup service such as Carbonite or an external hard disk

I particularly recommend that you do this when you view a web page which is likely to change frequently - such as many pages of the site at http://www.surveytec.co.uk If you do not, the browser may display information from a cache and you may not be seeing the latest content.

PDF files
There is a FREE programme that can create a .pdf file from any application that supports printing. Further details can be obtained from http://www.dopdf.com/
